South Dakota Association of Healthcare Organizations (SDAHO) deadline to nominate a healthcare professional for a Distinguished Service Award (DSA) is almost here! July 1, 2023, is the final day to nominate someone you know that deserves being recognized and celebrated for their exemplary service to healthcare. SDAHO has added a new category to this year’s DSA awards, the Quality Champion Award. To learn more about this award and all the DSA categories, visit our webpage.
Awards recipients will be recognized at the SDAHO Annual Convention held in September 20-22 at the Sioux Falls Convention Center, however the nomination and selection process begins now.
There are nine categories for the awards:
- Trustee
- Media Personality Award
- State Legislator Award
- State Official Award
- Health Care Professional Award
- Health Care Hero Award
- Young Professional (under 40) Award
- Post-Acute Care Champion Award
- Quality Champion Award
