SDAHO Presents – New Ways to Work with a New Era of Quality Processes and Tools: A 3 Part Series

The South Dakota Association of Healthcare Organizations is excited to offer a 3-part webinar series titled: New Ways to Work with a New Era of Quality Processes and Tools with Sarah Pavelka. The webinars focus on three separate areas:

  • Part 1 – Nov. 16 | 12:30pm CST / 11:30am MST |Process for Picking Quality Tools 
  • Part 2 – Dec. 7 | 12:30pm CST / 11:30am MST | Project Planning, Delegation, and Handoffs
  • Part 3 – Jan. 25 | 12:30pm CST / 11:30am MST| Quality Spread and Sustainability

The webinars are free to South Dakota Critical Access Hospitals (CAH), that are participating in the MBQIP/FLEX program. Attendees are highly encouraged to attend these live webinar events funded through a grant from the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA).

Each session is worth 1.0 CPHQ credits.

About the Presenter:

Sarah Pavelka, Pd.D., MHA, OTR/L, CPHQ, FNAHQ has over 25 years’ experience leading and coaching in organizations performance and continuous improvement in business industry, education, and healthcare. Sarah is the CEO/owner of Pavelka’s Point Consulting, LLC and the Associate Dean/Program Director for the MHA and BS Health Management Degrees at Walden University.
