Registration is open for SDAHO’s 2025 Post Acute Partners in Care Conference, designed specifically for long-term care providers. This year’s conference titled, Embracing the Seasons of Change in Long Term Care, will celebrate its 25th year hosting this yearly event, taking place April 8-9, 2025, at the Sioux Falls Convention Center.
Whether your part of a nursing home, home health, palliative care, hospice or assisted living this event is for you. We invite attendees to explore the challenges and opportunities of adapting to new needs, regulations, and practices in long-term care.
Art Contest Returns!
SDAHO is once again hosting an art contest, so don’t miss the chance to showcase your creativity. The theme this year is “Season’s of Life”. Art Entries will represent the different stages of life through seasonal imagery. Entries will have the opportunity to win up to $2500.00 towards enriching their facility’s activity program. Deadline to register is January 31, 2025.
Prizes from SDAHO Enterprises:

- Second place $1500

During this year’s event, 4 individuals and 1 facility will be recognized for their commitment and dedication to the long-term care industry and those they serve. Nominations are currently being accepted with a February 1, 2025, deadline to submit nominations.

- Leadership Excellence Award
- Outstanding Facility of the Year
- Caregiver Lifetime Achievement Award

This year SDAHO is offering a facility package discount, which allows more members from each facility the opportunity to attend this year’s event, at a discounted rate.
Member Facilities can bring up to 5 participants for one price of $500.00, additional registrations are $50, per person. SDAHO’s registrations fees are:
- Member – Individual Registration: $200
- Member – Facility Package (5 participants): $500 (Additional registrations at $50 per person)
- Non-member – Individual Registration: $375
