Registration is open for The South Dakota Association of Healthcare Organizations 2025 Post-Acute Partners in Care Conference, with this year’s theme, Embracing the Seasons of Change in Long-Term Care. This year’s event is taking place April 8-9, 2025, at the Sioux Falls Convention Center.
2025 marks 25 years SDAHO has hosted this long-term care event and to help celebrate this milestone moment we are offering some exciting opportunities to help our members take part.

Member Registration Discount: for just $500, your facility or agency can send up to five staff members! This fee includes access to all presentations focused on personal and professional growth, continuing education, and meals throughout the conference.
Excellence in Long-Term Care Award Celebration: This year will begin a tradition of honoring the many post-acute care professionals who go above and beyond every day to demonstrate excellence in the workplace, foster a culture of safety and support within the facilities they work, and put their residents and those they serve first. 2nd Annual Facility Art Contest. SDAHO will again be showcasing resident artwork from our member communities during the 2nd Annual Facility Art Contest. This year’s theme is Season of Life and attendees at the conference will vote for their favorite piece with three facilities taking home cash prizes. Deadline to register your facility is JANAURY 31.
