Don’t miss the opportunity to showcase resident creativity during SDAHO’s 3rd Annual Art Contest. Conference attendees will vote for their favorite piece, and the winning facility will receive a $2,500 grand prize for its activity department.
The Post-Acute Partners in Care Conference is designed for post-acute leaders and staff across the continuum, including administrators, nurses, social workers, activity professionals, and department managers. Registration includes access to all conference education and presentations, continuing education opportunities, and meals throughout the event.
