New Resources for Members: Navigating Rural Health Transformation Funding

SDAHO has developed a new tip sheet for members to help organizations identify and apply for funding opportunities available through the South Dakota Rural Health Transformation Project (RHTP).

The document provides a step-by-step walkthrough for navigating the State’s transparency site, Open SD, and identifying active RHTP funding opportunities. It explains how to search for Event IDs containing “RHT,” review event summaries, download Request for Proposals (RFPs), and access detailed funding announcements.

This resource is designed to help your organization confidently navigate the state’s funding process, avoid common pitfalls, and submit a complete and competitive proposal.

In addition, SDAHO has created a summary of the current RFP’s that have been released.
