One Month Out: Level up your post-acute expertise

The countdown is on! In just one month, the South Dakota Association of Healthcare Organizations will welcome post-acute professionals from across the state to the 2026 Post-Acute Partners in Care Conference, March 31–April 1 at the Sioux Falls Convention Center.

This year’s premier long-term care event features a strong lineup of sessions—including several focused-on hospice care, palliative care, and gaining a clearer understanding of advance directives. It’s a valuable opportunity to learn directly from experts on these critical topics in post-acute care. Through engaging, interactive sessions, attendees can ask questions, deepen their knowledge, and leave with greater confidence in navigating what can often be complex and sensitive situations for residents, families, and care teams alike.
