This upcoming educational series, provided by Proactive LTC, provides a practical, easy-to-apply overview of the QMs that define SNF performance, helping providers improve outcomes, strengthen compliance, and protect reimbursement.
Designed for Directors of Nursing, administrators, MDS/RAI nurses, clinical reimbursement specialists, and interdisciplinary team members, each session connects day-to-day clinical practice to overall facility performance. Participants will gain insight into how measures are defined, coded, and calculated, along with real-world strategies to improve documentation and data accuracy.
