SDAHO is launching a new Revenue Cycle Workgroup to provide members with a collaborative forum to discuss challenges, share best practices and identify solutions related to the changing revenue cycle landscape.
The workgroup was developed following SDAHO’s 2025 Strategic Planning process, when the SDAHO Board of Trustees identified revenue cycle management as an area of opportunity for improvement among member organizations.
Open to interested staff from all SDAHO member facilities, the workgroup will meet regularly via Zoom and focus on topics such as denial management, pre-authorization, underpayments, payment plans and other emerging revenue cycle challenges.
In addition to peer discussion and sharing best practices, participants will help identify topics where additional education or expert speakers could benefit SDAHO members. Feedback and key themes from the workgroup will also be shared with the SDAHO Board of Trustees, helping inform ongoing strategic planning efforts.
