Tuesday, November 5th 9:00-10:00 CST – Discharge Planning:  Compliance with the New CMS Hospital and Critical Access Hospital (CAH) Conditions of Participations (Webinar)

Thursday, November 14th 12:30-1:30pm CST- Leapfrog 101:  Survey Overview and Ratings Guide (Webinar)

Participants will gain understanding about the interplay between the American Hospital Association (AHA) Annual Survey and the Leapfrog Safety Grades and will be provided information on how the two surveys influence their grade.
