As previously reported, the South Dakota Association of Healthcare Organizations (SDAHO) and Gallagher Survey, ‘2021 South Dakota Regional Healthcare Compensation and Benefits Survey’ was scheduled to close February 5, 2021. The survey submission due date has been extended to February 19, 2021 for the Compensation portion and the Benefits portion has been extended until February 26, 2021. This survey is the premier source of compensation and benefits data for healthcare organizations in the state and across the region. Your organization’s participation will grant you access to an indispensable planning tool while also helping build a resource used by your peers from across the region. Recently, North Dakota Hospital Association has made the decision to join Gallagher Surveys which will benefit South Dakota by expanding comparison facilities.
