Overview:

The South Dakota Department of Social Services is conducting a session where you can learn about the latest features and functionalities of the new Medicaid customer portal. The portal is a part of the recently launched Medicaid Benefits and Eligibility Enrollment System, which aims to streamline the process of enrolling in Medicaid benefits and eligibility checks. During the session, you will be able to gain valuable insights into the workings of the new system.
