The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine Roundtable on Quality Care for People with Serious Illness will host a webinar series on Changing Public Perceptions to Build Awareness, Knowledge, and Uptake of Palliative Care: An Evidence-based Approach. The webinars will highlight important research, showcase an on-line toolkit and other resources and share the experiences of organizations that have used the toolkit to improve public outreach about palliative care.

This second webinar in the series will focus on translating the research evidence into practices for reaching the public and building patient interest in palliative care. The webinar will also explore ways in which outreach approaches can be tailored to different audiences.
