SDAHO Enterprises May Update: Building Connections Across South Dakota

As we move into a busy season of member meetings, conferences, and events across the state, I’m looking forward to one of the most important parts of this role: connecting directly with our members.

Erin Healy, Director of Business Development

Over the coming months, I’ll be traveling to facilities and communities across South Dakota to meet with health care leaders, learn more about the work happening within your organizations, and better understand both the challenges and opportunities you are navigating. While every facility and community is unique, one thing continues to stand out: the strength of health care in South Dakota is built on relationships, collaboration, and a shared commitment to serving patients and communities well.

These conversations are incredibly valuable to me and to the future of SDAHO Enterprises. They help us better understand where members are seeing operational pressures, where additional support may be helpful, and how we can continue building partnerships and solutions that are practical, responsive, and meaningful for your organizations.

I also look forward to connecting with members during upcoming gatherings like Rural Health Leaders and the SDAHO Annual Convention. These events provide a great opportunity to have meaningful conversations outside of day-to-day responsibilities and learn more about the priorities and challenges organizations are facing across the state. If you plan to attend, I welcome the opportunity to connect, whether that’s during a break between sessions, over breakfast or lunch, or simply through an informal conversation throughout the event.

As I begin reaching out to schedule visits and connect with members, I hope these conversations are an opportunity not only for me to learn more about your facility and community, but also to better understand how SDAHO Enterprises can continue supporting your goals through trusted partnerships, resources, and collaborative opportunities.

I’m excited to continue building relationships across the state and look forward to connecting with many of you in the months ahead.
