Overview: This presentation provides an introduction to facilities who are considering or do not currently use an online CNA training platform.

Objectives:

• Discuss Avera Education and Staffing Solutions methodology and design of online CNA training program
• Identify what makes Avera CNA Training Solutions program unique
• Discuss participant questions related to presentation and how to get started using the online training programs

Gwen Maag has worked in healthcare for over 40 years. She was a surgical technologist, then pursued a nursing degree (LPN to RN to BSN). She has experience in medical/telemetry nursing, long term care, home care, hospice, director of nursing and currently is the Education Coordinator for Avera Education and Staffing Solutions of Yankton, SD.
