Overview:

The Fundamentals of Quality Improvement track is a hands-on learning experience within the CHA Academy for Quality Professionals. Although most quality professionals are familiar with quality improvement methodologies, these tools are often underutilized when practical
application can be a challenge. This series is intended for beginner to mid-level quality professionals. Participants will be guided through the process of successfully identifying, structuring, leading, and evaluating quality improvement projects.

Registration:

Registration for this series is per individual. Prior registration is required to ensure connection information and applicable materials are distributed prior to the webinar. Registration is $600 for individuals from a SDAHO Member facility and $750 for individuals from a non-member facility. Registration deadline is September 7.

CE’s:These educational activities are jointly provided by AXIS Medical Education and Colorado Hospital Association. AXIS Medical Education designates continuing nursing education activity for 1.5 contact hours for each session of the Fundamentals of Quality Improvement track.
