You have been asked to report to the board! Does that statement spur your anxiety? It does for many. The CEO is the constant in working with the board. But they are not the only people for whom board engagement is critical. From the administrative support professional, to the organizational leaders, everyone is well served to understand the role of the board and how to best support the board in doing their important fiduciary and governance work. This three-part series is for all those people who contribute to the board’s understanding and work. Quality, human resources, physical plant, IT, and others can benefit from advanced understanding of how, and why, the board does its work. CEOs can benefit from this refresher as well to help their people best interact with the board.

Session 3 will provide a full list of ways to help the board to contribute to the success of the organization. From story-telling, to building relationships, the board can be a wonderful asset in creating a successful run organization. This series with take that fear out of connection and build relationship that promotes the entire organization to be stronger.
