From the administrative support professional, to the organizational leaders, everyone is well served to understand the role of the board and how to best support the board in doing their important fiduciary and governance work. This three-part series is for all those people who contribute to the board’s understanding and work. Quality, human resources, physical plant, IT, and others can benefit from advanced understanding of how, and why, the board does its work.
