You don’t need a title to be a leader, and simply having a title does not make you a leader. Leadership can and should be owned by everyone in an organization. By digging deep into our “Inner Powers” of Self-Mastery, Focus, Communication, Execution and Giving – most motivated employees can be transformed into leadership material. “Leadership With A Little l” shows that while leadership has generally been viewed as authority figures making bold, courageous acts of great significance, we now understand that it has much more to do with the consistent, day-to-day differences title-less people make when working well with one another.

Rhonda Kemmis has enjoyed several decades of distinguished work in local, state, and national education, professional speaking and leadership academy design and delivery. She was an educator for the Sioux Falls School District for 25 years, earning national honors for her innovations in teaching and assessment. Kemmis was a national consultant and trainer for the South Dakota State Department of Education during her last years of teaching. She is now the proud owner and lead trainer for Elite Leadership Consulting, LLC, in Sioux Falls, SD. She is passionate about researching current trends in the workplace and creating fresh and engaging trainings to suit an organization’s changing needs and goals.
