Overview: Data=Quality. Data=Reimbursement. Today’s Leader needs to move from PPD to QM (quality measure) decision making. Today more than ever, data is being collected and used in a transparent manner to prove quantity and quality of care. In order to remain viable in the marketplace, SNF’s will need to be able to collect accurate data, be able to analyze data and adjust organizational practice and process based upon objective data to enhance continuous quality. Data is the key tool for leaders as they position their organization for the future.

  • Understand the impact of data on today’s health care organization using readily available CMS reports (VBP, QRP, CASPER and more!)
  • Identify the correlation of marketplace quality perception linked to organization data – creating a business case for success
  • Describe three leadership tactics to create a winning data strategy for organization improvement and marketplace positioning
