Overview:
Burnout rates have skyrocketed during this turbulent time in healthcare. Resilience programming has been shown to improve staff well being and retention, as well as improve patient safety and satisfaction. This four part series will allow practitioners a deeper understanding of burnout and the factors that influence it. In addition, each session will offer practical, evidence based strategies to build resilience that can be immediately implemented into work and life.

Kristen Bingaman, PT, RYT, NBC-HWC
Kristen is a dynamic and engaging Physical Therapist, Nationally Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, and Registered Yoga Instructor with over fifteen years of experience promoting physical activity, stress management, and healthy lifestyle behaviors. After overcoming multiple rounds of work related burnout she has found her passion in coaching individuals and inspiring healthcare teams to take an active role in their personal well being. She is dedicated to providing validation, education and practical, evidence based strategies to assist with building resilience and reducing burnout rates among healthcare professionals.
