Overview:
Having accountability on all levels within an organization is very important. This webinar will examine the dynamics of accountability and explore methods of holding all staff accountable for results. This webinar will also address how to assess why employees are not being accountable.


Learning Objectives:
At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to:

  • Distinguish between levels of delegation in order to get work done in the health care setting.
  • Understand and apply the dynamics of difficult accountability conversations.
  • Identify different approaches to accountability and cognitive behavior.
  • Discuss what results mean to different individuals within a health care organization.

Faculty:
Dr. Richard Brynteson is a professor, executive coach, innovation consultant, author and public speaker.  He teaches in the master of business administration program at Concordia University, where he has been a professor for 26 years. He has published six books on subjects such as innovation and behavioral economics. Dr. Brynteson has worked with companies on innovation projects in Africa, Asia and the United States.
