Presenter:

Matthew Heard, M.B.A., was a long-term care facility administrator before joining the University of South Dakota as a budget specialist in the finance office. He was bitten by the teaching bug and began his current role of teaching health services administration, management, accounting and finance courses at the Beacom School of Business in 2018.  Matt’s expertise includes using financial information for strategic decision making, developing budgets, and preparing financial statements for highly regulated complex organizations.
