Overview:
Hospitals and healthcare systems are experiencing increasing amounts of internal and external workplace violence incidents. These workplace violence events have far-reaching consequences, including staff recruiting and retention issues.
The webinar will teach the attendees tips, tactics, and techniques to augment or improve their healthcare facility’s current workplace violence programs and plans.
Objectives:
- Introduce Ideas to improve workplace violence prevention and response
- Learn how to develop employee and community “Buy In” to improve the workplace violence programs
- Demonstrate how innovative training can make a healthcare facility safer

Presenter: Ron Camacho, Owner, Camacho Consulting
Ron Camacho is an accomplished law enforcement executive with 27 years of experience and currently serves as the Chief of the Chambersburg Police Department. In addition, he is a nationally published author with articles covering the topics of police leadership, team building, and overcoming ego-related issues. Ron also spent time in Afghanistan and Mexico as a police advisor and training manager. He graduated from the FBI National Academy, 239th session, and has a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from Liberty University.
