The 2017 SDAHO annual compensation and benefits survey results will be available very soon! Compdata Surveys will email each SDAHO member that participated in this year’s annual compensation survey, with access to the results this week.
SDAHO would like to thank everyone who spent time and energy making this survey a success. The fully interactive online results provide members with the ability to create an unlimited number of custom reports and peer group reports. In addition, participants still have access to the previous survey results, which include pay practice information, complete benefits information, pay data by years of experience for the staff nurse job title and much more.
In addition, we wanted to notify you of an update we made to the January survey. Turnover and vacancy is an on-going concern for South Dakota providers. At the membership’s request, we added a workforce component to the compensation survey, which collected valuable information on vacancies and separations for approximately 30 key healthcare positions. The final workforce report will be released in July.
