Administrative rules for assisted living centers have been revised

The South Dakota Department of Health encourages assisted living providers to review the draft rules for assisted living facilities and provide comments on the revisions. The draft rules are posted on the South Dakota DOH website, including a summary of the changes. The dates on the website are being pushed back to 2019 to ensure enough time for communication with providers.
