USING ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS OR FAILURE MODE AND EFFECTS ANALYSIS (FMEA)​

Using Root Cause Analysis or Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) are powerful tools that can assist with​ prevention and correction of errors that may appear in your organization. In this session, you will be able to learn​ simple techniques to uncover problem areas, deal with them effectively, and put tools in place to prevent future​ problems. These techniques can also be documented in Correction Plans and simply spread to your staff.​

Objectives:​
• Learn simple techniques for problem solving such as root cause analysis and FMEA​
• Uncover how to use these tools in Plan of Correction activities​
• Learn how to use the tools effectively in your organization on a day-to-day basis to assist in the prevention of​ errors
