The South Dakota Association of Healthcare Organizations (SDAHO) and ​Gallagher Surveys are happy to announce the release of the 2022 Healthcare Compensation Survey. The 2022 Healthcare Compensation Survey is sponsored by SDAHO for all members to participate. The survey provides detailed information on management, staff, and physician positions.
The data, which is effective as of January 1, 2022, collects salary data by individual incumbents, in addition to the traditional organization averages. Survey participation ran from January to February 2022. Compensation data for each position shows detail data cuts for the state and the wider Upper Midwest region (SD, ND, MN, and WI). If you participated in the survey and have not received the results access via email, or have any questions, please contact Jacob Parsons by email or call 605-789-7527.
