Kenneth (K.C.) DeBoer has been selected as president and CEO of Prairie Lakes Healthcare System in Watertown. He will begin August 20 after the retirement of current president and CEO Jill Fuller.
DeBoer has 27 years of healthcare management experience, most recently as the president and CEO of Jamestown Regional Medical Center, an independent critical access hospital that serves a nine-county area in North Dakota. He has experience initiating new service lines, recruiting physicians, improving patient satisfaction scores and achieving profitability goals.
