SD DSS Releases RFP for Primary Prenatal Care Innovation Grants

The South Dakota Department of Social Services (DSS) released RFP #1661, the Primary Prenatal Care Innovation Grants.

During the 2019 legislative session, $1 million of one-time funding was appropriated to implement primary/prenatal care innovation grants. SD DSS is seeking innovative ideas in this area and funding will be awarded using a competitive selection process with proposals due May 20, 2019 5:00 PM CDT.

Letters of Intent are required as a prerequisite to submitting a proposal. Letters of Intent and questions regarding clarification of requirements are due no later than April 15, 2019. Please see the RFP as posted for more details and additional information regarding requirements, timelines, proposal construction and submission.
