Virtual Conference for Leaders in Community Health, Diversity and Inclusion

The American Hospital Association (AHA) Community Health Improvement (ACHI) and the Institute for Diversity and Health Equity (IFDHE) are hosting a virtual event to ignite innovative thinking and spark connections and collaborations. The goal of the event is to advance the important work needed to increase alignment and build partnerships between and among community health leaders and hospital and health system leaders, while advocating for diversity, inclusion and health equity.

The COVID-19 pandemic has illuminated deep health disparities in urban, suburban and rural communities across the U.S. While ACHI and IFDHE have a long track record fostering collaborative approaches to advance the health of individuals and communities, it is clear there’s more work to do — and we are stronger when we all work together.

Goals of this three-day event are to expand knowledge through innovative strategies, proven resources and personal experiences, and to reimagine population and community health for the future.

This virtual event will take place March 16-18.  For more information or to register, click here.
