Building Agility & Fostering Posttraumatic Growth in Rural Care Settings

This interactive webinar will share ideas, concepts and practices related to fostering well-being for individual caregiving professionals and their teams. Agility tools—meaning easy, short practices that help build professional resilience and foster space for compassion and love—will be shared and practiced. Dr. Cunningham will also share the science behind many of these tools. These agility tools help build the five aspects of posttraumatic growth, which listeners will learn about and they will be able to share with their peers, colleagues, and families.
