The IPC Seminar has evolved over 20 years to educate interdisciplinary students on primary palliative care. It recently was adapted to overcome the geographical barriers in our state while still positively influencing the student’s ability for collaborative practice and comfort with spirituality.

  • Participants will describe how an interdisciplinary palliative care seminar:
  • used diverse pedagogy to overcome geographical barriers.
  • impacted students’ perceptions of collaborative practice.
  • affected students’ comfort level with spirituality.
