Managing Conflict in Health Care Virtual Workshop

This virtual workshop series is intended for health care leaders to learn skills for managing a variety of types of conflict in health care settings.

Using the emotional intelligence model as a framework, other concepts from psychology, crucial conversations and TeamSTEPPS are woven together as a guideline for managing even the most difficult conflict scenarios. The series begins with a brief but in-depth review of emotional intelligence as well as other key concepts related to conflict and safety culture in health care. These concepts are then applied to conflict at the individual and team levels and to participant scenarios. Participants will leave with an actionable plan to address conflict.

This workshop series begins on April 21, 2022 and concludes on May 12, 2022. This live workshop series will be held on Zoom once a week across four weeks for approximately 90 minutes each. Registration for this workshop is $500 per person.
