Overview:

Healthy work cultures are built on trust. Before a team can achieve a culture of productive  conflict, commitment to goals, accountability, and a focus on results, there must be a foundation of trust. Trust doesn’t just happen; it must be intentionally built.  Included in this session is a quick self-assessment of team trust. Six specific ideas that teams can use to build trust will be shared with the participants.

Objectives:
  1. Describe the foundational role that trust plays in relationships amongst team members and overall work culture.
  2. Assess the level of trust on a team that you lead or are a member of in the workplace.
  3. Discover six activities that build trust on a team.
