Adverse Events During COVID-19: The MHA Keystone Center PSO’s Analysis and Response on Tuesday February 16, 2021 at 4:00 pm eastern. MHA’s Keystone Center Patient Safety Organization (PSO) has been actively tracking unique trends among adverse events throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.

This presentation will feature data submitted by hospitals in Michigan and Indiana, as well as an analysis and hypotheses as to why the data is trending in certain directions. Participants will also receive an overview of the MHA Keystone Center PSO’s response to these trends, in particular the use of Safe Tables. Phyllis McLellan, MSN, RN, CPPS, CNOR-E, Manager, Patient Safety & Clinical Risk, McLaren Healthcare will discuss her experience participating in MHA Keystone Center PSO Safe Tables.
