Gina has over 25 years of experience in the home health and hospice industry. She is a national speaker with depth of knowledge with real-world experience on the issues facing leaders in the home health and hospice industry. As, a former Partner, Senior Vice President at Fazzi Associates, she spearheaded a number of Fazzi’s national best practice initiatives, served as the clinical expert on Fazzi’s National State of the Industry Study, publishes white papers on the realities and implications of regulations on service delivery and, has served as the content expert for recent presentations related to employee engagement, value-based purchasing and PDGM.

Gina is also Adjunct Faculty in the MBA program at Elms College. Her expertise is focused on leadership and teamwork.
