Nebraska and nine other states have partnered to create a “Safe Injections Champions” course to train health care providers how to monitor and train others at their facility on safe injection practices.
The 68-minute online course is free and continuing education in available. After completing the course, the Safe Injection Champion will routinely monitor injection practices at their facility and train staff to use recommended practices every time an injection is given.
