Time is running out to submit your nominations for The Quality Excellence Awards which recognize outstanding achievements, innovation and effective quality improvement and patient safety projects. There are three categories based on the type of facility:
- Small/critical access hospital
- Large/PPS hospital
- Post-acute care facility
One award will be presented in each category to a health care facility demonstrating successful implementation strategies that have produced performance improvement in AIM areas. The awards will be presented last during the SDAHO Annual Convention in Sioux Falls, Sept. 23-24, 2021.
