The Community Healthcare Association of the Dakotas (CHAD) will be holding a fall Quality Conference on Sept. 25-27 in Bismarck, ND. The first day of the conference is for CHAD members only and will focus on care coordination teams. Integrating behavioral health and primary care will be the topic on Sept. 26-27 and is open to everyone.
