Network with your colleagues from across the state to discuss the issues impacting you and your facility. Learn what you have in common and share outcomes. Hear how others have overcome challenges, embrace new perspectives, and develop leadership and teamwork abilities that will help you both professionally and personally.
4. Informative Educational Sessions. Industry experts will share on a variety of topics including regulatory updates at both the state and federal level, value-based partnerships, updated infection control requirements, best practices in dementia care, and state strategies for workforce development.
3. Vendor Social– Learning, networking and engaging with colleagues is a huge part of any conference, however it’s no secret the best time to learn the latest industry trends and really connect with colleagues and peers, is during the vendor social. This is a great time to see first hand the most up to date innovations in the long-term care arena, while enjoying relaxed conversations with peers in the long-term care community. This year’s Vendor Social will host the largest number of vendors yet, so don’t miss out!
2. Awards! For the first time, SDAHO will host the Excellence in Long-Term Care Awards Ceremony. There are many who contribute great things to the long-term care industry. This year, we will recognize 4 individuals and 1 facility, so join us to celebrate the recipients of: the Clinical Excellence Award, Frontline Caregiver Award, Leadership Award, Outstanding Facility of the Year Award and Lifetime Achievement Award.
