SDAHO is committed to assisting in the development of our nurse leaders and the 2022 SDAHO Nurse Leadership Program is off to a fabulous start!
In the past 3 months we have learned financial and human resource essentials for healthcare managers, process improvement, creative thinking, problem solving, and inspiring leadership through emotional intelligence. In addition, attendees are able to take part in networking and personal connections with colleagues throughout South Dakota. Nursing professional development is a continual process and the Nurse Leadership Program participants truly are leaders in their organizations! They are actively seeking to improve their practice, which, in turn impacts interprofessional and intraprofessional collaboration, patient safety and quality care.
